Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the London Scuba Centre website, registering for courses, booking trips, or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Training and Certification
London Scuba Centre provides scuba training following the standards of the relevant certification agency (such as PADI or others). Successful certification requires students to meet all course performance requirements, complete required knowledge development, and demonstrate the necessary skills and safety procedures.
Certification is not guaranteed and is awarded only when all course requirements are successfully completed.
Medical Fitness
Scuba diving is a physically demanding activity. Students may be required to complete a medical questionnaire and, in some cases, obtain medical clearance from a physician before participating in training or diving activities.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to dive.
Liability Waivers
Participants in scuba training, trips, or diving activities will be required to complete and sign appropriate liability waivers and assumption of risk forms before participating.
Failure to complete required paperwork may prevent participation in activities.
Course Scheduling and Changes
Course schedules, dive trips, and events may occasionally change due to weather, safety considerations, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. London Scuba Centre reserves the right to modify schedules when necessary.
Payments and Deposits
Certain courses, trips, and events may require deposits or full payment in advance to secure a spot. Payment policies, including refund or cancellation terms, will be communicated at the time of booking.
Equipment Use
Students and divers using rental or training equipment are responsible for using the equipment properly and returning it in the same condition it was received. Customers may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if equipment is damaged due to misuse or negligence.
