We take dive training very seriously and hold ourselves accountable to a very high standard of excellence as a PADI 5 STAR INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT CENTRE. There are some critical components to your training that are necessary to make you the safest diver possible so that you can enjoy a lifetime of diving adventures. We offer the Introduction to Scuba Experience. Try it before you commit...It's Fun!
WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE COURSE SCHEDULE?
We offer multiple open water courses per month plus all kinds of specialties . If that doesn't work, we also offer a private course allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL OR HIDDEN FEES ON TOP OF THE PROMOTION?
Places offering discounts that seem too good to be true usually are. You can find hidden and unexpected costs and/or reduced quality in your training. SCUBA Diving is a fun but serious sport. Cutting corners could lead to injury or even death. We pride ourselves on offering the best training available and giving the highest level of service possible. All our costs are up front and satisfaction is guaranteed.

HOW MUCH POOL TIME WILL I RECEIVE?
The PADI Open Water course includes over 25 essential skills that must be mastered before your open water checkout dives. At London Scuba Centre, we include as much pool time as needed to ensure every student becomes comfortable with the equipment and confident in the water. We also dedicate time to classroom explanations and pool-deck coaching so that no one feels rushed through the learning process.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN MY CLASS?
Most dive courses at other dive shops are taught in large groups of 8-16 students. We believe new divers deserve better. That’s why our classes are limited to only 4 students. Smaller classes mean more individual coaching, more time to practice, and a much more comfortable learning environment. You’re not just another student in the group—you receive the attention you need to become a confident diver.
WHAT IF I WANT A PRIVATE COURSE FOR ME OR MY FAMILY?
We understand that safety comes first. This is why all our courses can be booked as Private 1 on 1 or group programs for just your family. We work with you on the scheduling to find the best times for your group.
IS THERE AN ADDED COST IF YOU PLAN TO FINISH YOUR COURSE SOMEWHERE ELSE ?
There is no extra charge for your Referral paper work. We would also be glad to help you find a facility and an Instructor if you need, making a smooth transition on your vacation. We also offer an option to finish your course with us during our exciting dive expenditions in the winter! It's always better with familiar faces.
IS THERE CONVENIENT & FREE PARKING AT THE STORE?
We have lots of free parking available and a convenient drop off zone for gear too!
ARE THERE CHANGE ROOMS AND SHOWERS AVAILABLE?
Trying on a wetsuit and changing after a pool lesson is much better in a private change room. Change rooms are conveniently located at each pool we use and in our store.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN COST OF THE OPEN WATER CHECK OUT DIVES (PART 3)?
We include all the rental gear, full exposure suit (wetsuit, hood, gloves), 4 evaluation dives, paper work and processing of your electronic certification card and, most importantly, experienced and professional instructors and divemasters.
WHO TRANSPORTS THE RENTAL GEAR TO & FROM THE OPEN WATER CHECK OUT
While rental gear is your responsibility, we do have a VIP service available for a fee for those who cannot transport their own rental gear.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CERTIFICATION?
The London Scuba Centre has a huge following and lots of trips scheduled every year for all levels of divers. We travel to destinations thoughout the world and on daytrips and weekend trips across Ontario; there will be a trip that suits your ability and personal preference. We are a scuba family seeking fun and safe dive adventures together. Anyone is welcome and encouraged to join us!
